Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2023

At BOOST STAR Experts, we provide high-impact digital services including website development, SEO, CRO, advertising campaigns, and performance optimization. As a service-based company, we do not deal in physical products—therefore our refund and cancellation policies are crafted accordingly to reflect the time, effort, and resources invested in each project.

1. General Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • Once a service, consultation, or digital task has commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Due to the intangible and time-bound nature of services, once initiated, the effort and intellectual resources cannot be reversed.

2. Upfront & Milestone Payments

  • Many services require advance, upfront, or milestone-based payments.

  • These payments cover project planning, resource allocation, and initial development work.

  • Such payments are non-refundable, even if the client discontinues the project.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Project cancellations must be requested in writing via email to contact@booststar.in.

  • Cancellation is only valid if received and acknowledged before any work has commenced.

  • If no work has started, and cancellation is requested within 48 hours of payment, BOOST STAR Experts may offer a partial refund or service credit, solely at management’s discretion.

  • Once work has begun, cancellation will not affect payment obligations, and no refund will be processed.

4. Client Responsibility

Refunds or cancellations will not be considered in the following scenarios:

  • The client becomes unresponsive, uncooperative, or withdraws communication.

  • Delays or failure caused by client-side dependencies, such as late approvals or missing assets.

  • Issues arising due to third-party tools or platforms (Meta, Sticky.io, hosting providers, etc.).

  • Scope or expectation changes after project kickoff.

  • The client chooses not to use the completed or partial work.

5. Quality Assurance & Revisions

  • We offer up to 2 rounds of revisions (unless otherwise stated) to ensure satisfaction and clarity.

  • Revision requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Revision requests are not considered refund requests.

  • If additional revisions or changes are needed beyond agreed scope, these will be billed separately.

6. Training, Internship & Certification Fees

  • Fees paid for training sessions, internships, or course access are non-refundable once:

    • Sessions have commenced,

    • Access to course content or material is provided.

  • No refunds or rescheduling are applicable for missed sessions or incomplete participation.

7. Disputes & Resolution

  • If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, please contact us promptly.

  • BOOST STAR Experts is committed to finding fair resolutions such as:

    • Service adjustments,

    • Extension of timelines,

    • Compensation in kind (not monetary).

  • However, refunds are not guaranteed and are entirely subject to management approval based on work completed.

8. Chargebacks & Unauthorized Disputes

In case of unauthorized chargebacks or disputes:

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate all current and future services.

  • Legal action may be initiated for contract breach or financial loss recovery.

  • We may also report the misuse to partner platforms, payment gateways, or industry authorities.

9. Exceptions (Rare Cases)

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional scenarios, such as:

  • No substantial work has begun,

  • A formal cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours of payment,

  • The situation qualifies as a billing error or duplicate charge.
    Such exceptions are:

  • Subject to documentation, and

  • At the sole discretion of BOOST STAR Experts management.

10. Policy Acceptance

By:

  • Visiting our website,

  • Engaging in any form of service with BOOST STAR Experts,

  • Making payments to our team,
    You automatically agree to this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy in full.
